Razeena Shrestha, MA, has led and worked with nonprofit and state organizations in designing and implementing evaluation studies and capacity building programs at Rainbow. She has held program and research roles in several nonprofits in the United States and in her home country of Nepal. While working with grassroots women’s groups in rural Nepal, she developed a passion for gender equity. Throughout her academic and professional career, she has been dedicated to issues to social justice and equality. Razeena earned her master’s degree in public policy, with concentrations in nonprofit leadership and management and program evaluation, from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, University of Minnesota. She received her bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College, where she studied sociology and mathematics. She wishes to return back to Nepal to help public and nonprofit sectors in their organizational and policy planning and decision-making.
