Lecia Grossman is a leadership and organizational development facilitator, instructional designer and executive coach passionate about leadership and culture development, and social innovation. As a Human Systems Dynamic (HSD) Professional, Lecia uses HSD models and methods to help leaders see patterns in the chaos that surrounds them, understand the patterns in simple and powerful ways, and take practical steps to shift chaos toward coherence. Leading (and evaluating!) in this way is critical to organizations being sustainable and leaders being relevant in the 21st century. She holds a Masters in Human Development from St. Mary’s University, a BA in Psychology from St. Thomas University, coach certification from The Coaches Training Institute and is a graduate of the Co-Active Space Leadership Program. Lecia is trained in the Art of Hosting and Appreciative Inquiry and is committed to using creative process as a means for dialogue, learning, evaluation and strategic change.
Lecia is passionate about social innovation and the patterns that shift minds and hearts toward it. Her most recent work in evaluation has been with a theater troupe for social change – looking at pattern shifting in participants, audiences and staff. The process included developing a strategic framework, theory of change, simple rules for engagement, evaluation tools and an analysis process.
