Leila Paye-Baker, MPA, CPPM, is an experienced project manager, community organizer, and event planner. She has planned large to small scale events such as focus groups, forums, conferences, fundraising, community listening sessions and workshops for public and nonprofit organizations. Leila joins the Rainbow Research Project team to lead community outreach efforts in undeserved communities. She specializes in adoption and foster care, diversity, economic development, immigration, juvenile justice, youth, public health, and women’s issues. Leila has a master degree in Public Administration from Hamline University and a project management certification from the University of St. Thomas. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from University of Wisconsin -Whitewater in Public Policy and Administration.
