Charles Borom is a dedicated educator, community advocate, and researcher committed to fostering equity and inclusivity within education, philanthropy, and research & evaluation. His experience in project management allowed him to spearhead community-based initiatives in Saint Paul, stewarding systems change for Black, Brown, and American Indian communities.
His focus is on the impact of representation on academic success and strategies to combat oppressive policies within the education system. He has published in Equity & Excellence in Education, showcasing his expertise and dedication to these critical issues. He finds inspiration in his 4-year-old son and nieces and nephews, striving to set an example of perseverance and activism for future generations.
